Bill, Sr. brings a wealth of practical legal knowledge and litigation and trial experience to McConnell Law Firm. He was a partner in the former law firm of Cusick, Madden, Joyce & McKay and a founding partner in the former law firm of Ekker, Kuster and McConnell. For over 40 years, Bill concentrated his practice in the areas of civil litigation, commercial law, employment law, criminal law and school law.
He has served as solicitor to both the Sharon City School District and the Reynolds School District. Bill provides the firm with invaluable case analysis and input on trial preparation and strategy.
